USPTO Assignment Search

Track the ownership and transfer history of U.S. patents and applications through the USPTO Assignment Search system.

This database records all assignments, mergers, security interests, and ownership changes filed with the Office under 35 U.S.C. § 261.

You can search by patent number, application number, assignee name, or assignor name to verify current ownership or review transaction history.

PTAB TACTS

The Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS) provides public access to appeal and trial proceedings related to U.S. patents and applications.

Users can view inter partes reviews (IPRs)post-grant reviews (PGRs)covered-business-method (CBM) cases, and ex parte appeals, along with decisions, filings, and scheduling information.

P-TACTS helps monitor how patents are interpreted, appealed, or challenged after grant.
